West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations is a competitive examination conducted for admission into various Under-Graduate courses in Engineering and Technology offered in colleges located in the state of West Bengal. For the year 2017, application process for the WBJEE ended on February 4 2017 and the exam was to be conducted on April 23, 2017.

• Declaration: According to the prospectus and website of WBJEE the expected date of result declaration is June 5,2017.
• Availability: The result will be updated on the official website of WBJEE along with a few other websites. The names of these websites will be published in electronic as well as print media before declaration of the result.
• Viewing the Result: The result can be viewed only after logging into the account of the candidate. The Application Number along with user selected Password will be required to log in and check the result.
• Revaluation of Result: There is no provision of revaluation of the result once the result has been declared. But before the declaration of result, answer sheet of each candidate will be made available on the website with subject wise marks obtained.
o In case the candidates are not satisfied by the machine recorded responses, they can request rechecking of the responses by making a payment of Rs.500 per response within the given time interval.
That’s all about the result of WBJEE examination for the year 2017. But before we conclude there are some important events which will be taking place in the interval between the WBJE Examination and Result. Let us have a quick look at those events:
• Model Answers: After the completion of the examination, model answers will be made available on the website. The students can check them and provide their feedback on the same.
• Freezing the answers: A set of reviewers not associated with paper setting or moderation will freeze the answers.
• Response sheets: The response sheet of each candidate will be uploaded online and can be viewed by the candidates after logging into their respective accounts. Subject wise marks obtained by the candidate will also be shown.
• Rechecking of answer sheet: This is the time when candidates can request rechecking of their answer sheets by making a payment of Rs.500 for every response they want to be rechecked.

ReplyDeleteWest Bengal JEE Board will conduct the WBJEE 2019 on 26th may 2019. The candidate who has sucessfully filled the application form can appear for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE) 2019. The WBJEE Admit card 2019 will release soon before the exam and those who has applied for the entrance test can acess and download the score card which is expected to be released on 14th may 2019.
