However, the official answer key will be released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on 24^th to 27^th of April 2018 but for your convenience here are the steps by that you can check the official answer key when it will be released. 

• First of all the candidates have to login their account
• Click on the link of official JEE Main 2018 Answer key (Available).
• Next, enter the details such as your application number and date of birth
• Then, click on Submit button.
• After submitting the details, the official answer key will be open on your screen
• Now you can download it and start your cross checking work 

The Answer Key for the offline (pen and paper based) exam will be released set wise separately. For Paper – 1 it will be released as Set A, B, C, and D. For Paper – 2 it will be released as Set W, X, and Y.

What is the Official Marking Scheme of JEE Main 2018?

Here is the official marking scheme of JEE Main examination 2018.

Challenging JEE Main 2018 Answer Key

The candidates are also able to challenge the JEE Main 2018 Answer Key if they are not satisfied with the answers. Candidates have to fill the application form and pay the fees of Rs. 1000/- for a single question. The official JEE Main answer key will be available on the JEE Main’s official website on 24^th to 27^th of April 2018. The challenge of JEE Main Answer key will be accepted through an online process only. 

Steps to Challenge JEE Main 2018 Answer Key

• Login to the official website of JEE Main and fill up the required credentials
• Now, navigate to the Answer Key and OMR display on the website
• Fill up the application for to challenge the answer key
• Now, select the question you want to challenge and pay the fees. One question will be charged the amount of Rs. 1000/-.
• The fee can be paid via Debit/Credit card and e-challan.
• Now, you can submit the challenge.
