CAT Answer Key 2018 – Steps to Download

CAT Exam 2018 will be conducted by IIM Calcutta first time in six years.  Last year CAT Answer Key was published by the conducting body IIM Lucknow on the official website of IIM CAT. CAT Answer Key 2018 is released by the authority to make the exam process completely transparent. The candidates will be able to download CAT Answer Key by entering their login credentials like registration id and password in the space provided.

Challenging CAT Answer Key 2018 - Filing the Objection

The candidates are also allowed to challenge the answer key or can file an objection if they are sure that their answer is correct. They can file one or more objection regarding the answer key. They have to fill the objection form and pay the filing objection fee of Rs. 1000/- per question.
If the objection filed by the candidates will be valid the authority will refund the fees. If the objection filed in the CAT Answer Key will be found invalid, then the authority can take corrective measures.

CAT 2018 Marking Scheme

The candidates are suggested to check the CAT 2018 Answer Key as per the making scheme prescribed by the IIM. For the correct answer, 3 marks will be awarded for MCQ as well as for Non-MCQ.  1 mark will be deducted for the wrong answer in MCQ, and there is no negative marking in Non-MCQ questions.
