CLAT Application Form
CLAT Application Form has
been started from 1 January 2018. Now,
the interested and eligible applicants can fill their application form through
online mode. CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) is the well liked entrance exam
which is held by the NLUs rotationally. The admissions are offered based on the
scores of the entrance exam organised by the NLUs. This current year the
entrance exam will help all those candidates to secure their admissions in the
desired UG and PG law courses. As, this year the Common Law Admission Test will
be conducted by the NLUs (National University of Advanced Legal Studies).
The CLAT application form will be available
only till the last date i.e. 31 March ends. Candidates are required to fill their application
form on or before the scheduled date. As, no applications will be accepted
after if the candidate submits it after the last date. The scores scored by the
candidates in this entrance exam will help all the applicants to take
admissions in different government undertaking colleges or private law
colleges/institutes in India.
Steps To be followed for filling the CLAT Application Form:
- Candidates need to visit the official website.
- They have to register themselves by login account with their selected and valid password.
- After successfully registering they will get their login ID and password for further logins on their registered ID or mobile number.
- Now, candidates need to move further for filling their personal, qualification and contact details.
- The candidates need to upload their required scanned documents such as their recent photograph, signature or their thumb impression.
- Now, at last proceed towards paying the CLAT application form fee via Debit/Credit/Net Banking.
After the
candidates are completed all the applying candidates are requested to go
through their filled application form so, that they cannot make any mistakes in
their application form. No candidate will be given second chance to alter their
mistakes. That is why every candidate is suggested to check their application
form twice before final submission.
Result and Counselling Details:
The admissions
to the Undergraduate and Post graduate programs in affiliated colleges and
institutions will be offered through online counselling. And the allotment of seats
will be done on the basis of their “merit cum preferences”. The online
counselling for all the qualified candidates will be started after the Result
has been declared. The counselling will be done for only the candidates who
have qualified and have filled CLAT
application form.
NOTE: The applicants have to pay fee for counselling
which is Rs. 50000 (refundable).
The applicants
can withdraw their 50000 (after deduction of Rs. 10000 as their processing fee).
This would be done if the candidates get their name in the waiting list but
fails to get the admission then in that case they will get their fee
refundable. While during the counselling all the candidates are requested to
fill their available or desired choices of National Law University for various
Under Graduate courses. As, all the seats will be allotted by considering
candidates desired course and their scored scores.
